Bellevue University will host a farewell ceremony Saturday, Nov. 15, for the 540th Military Police Detachment, an Army Reserve unit based in Omaha. The 12-soldier unit is scheduled to deploy soon to Iraq.
The ceremony begins at 1 p.m. Saturday, inside the Hitchcock Humanities Center, 1000 Galvin Road South.
